In this practical session you’ll learn how everyday encouragement nurtures both. We’ll explore simple ways to notice effort, progress, and contribution, so kids feel valued from the inside and brave enough to take on new challenges. We’ll also clarify how encouragement differs from praise, and why that difference matters. Leave with ready-to-use phrases and routines to help your kids develop a healthy self-esteem and genuine self-confidence. Besides the input there will be room to discuss with the other attendees and ask questions.
